A New Chapter: Helping Enterprises Unlock the Full Potential of GenAI
At the start of August, I officially joined CruzAI as Vice President of Marketing and a founding team member. It’s an exciting new chapter for me, and one that builds directly on my experiences as both a marketing leader and a hands-on enterprise GenAI user.
During my time at Juniper Mist, I had the privilege of working at the intersection of AI and networking, helping transform the way IT teams manage their environments with AI-driven insights. That journey taught me two important lessons:
- AI at scale is powerful, but also complex. When applied correctly, it transforms outcomes for businesses.
- The path to adoption is not always straightforward. Integration, governance, and security are often stumbling blocks that limit enterprise success with GenAI.

As I take on this new role, I want to express gratitude to the mentors, colleagues, and teammates who shaped my journey at Mist and Juniper. Together, we built something truly remarkable:
- We introduced the first AI-driven solutions to IT.
- We grew Mist into a recognized leader, validated by Forrester, Gartner, and IDC.
- We launched Juniper’s AI-Native Networking Platform, bringing the power of Marvis and Mist AI across the full portfolio.
Along the way, I had the privilege of learning from some of the best leaders in the industry and working with a product marketing team that made the work as rewarding as it was successful. To all of you, thank you.

Now, I’m excited to partner with CruzAI founders Mike and John, along with the rest of the CruzAI family, to help enterprises succeed with GenAI.
